It's cold outside. My throat is
slightly sore. I'm tired. I need to go grocery shopping. My foot, leg, shoulder, hand is sore. I have a headache. I don't have anything clean to wear. I don't have time for that today. I have an appointment. I pulled a muscle. I didn't sleep at all last night. I need to organize the playroom, kitchen, living room. I need to finish a project. I just don't want to go.
There's so many reasons I can talk myself out of going to the gym. Unfortunately, excuses don't burn calories.
