Trust Again

Wow, twice in one week someone talking about about something else brought up forgiveness and trust.  This time it was my pastor talking about agape love.  He was saying agape love freely forgives, then paused and said just because you forgive doesn't mean you trust the person.  Trust is earned not given.  He went on to say it's important we understand that because if we don't we may withhold forgiveness.
